Our Return & Refund Policy

Please read carefully.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. This is significantly less than our shipping costs lose. For a return we pay shipping both ways, a failed deliver fee and a return fee.

We can not accept a return of a consumable products as we could not sell it to anyone else as a matter of product safety. No refunds are issued for refused or returned consumable products. This includes food grade hydrogen peroxide and colloidals. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS.

We do not ship free samples and do not ship orders for customers to decide whether they want the product or not .


It is your responsibility to provide us with an accurate (and non-post office) delivery address:
1. It should be a physical address
2. Someone must be able and willing to sign for it if signature is required
3. You should have it shipped to an address that is secure for deliveries left at the door
4. You should inform others at the location to accept the delivery
5. If the carrier (shipping company) confirms the delivery to the address you provided, your order is considered delivered. Issues with others at the location, neighbors, spouses, etc are your responsibility.

If you provided an inaccurate address you should IMMEDIATELY inform us by email. Do NOT rely solely on a phone call. Our phones are swamped during this national health emergency. We ship VERY fast and many packages can not be rerouted even if we attempt to do so.

If a signature is required and no one is present, carriers (FedEx and UPS) with make 1 or 2 more attempts, leaving a note on the door of the attempt. If you find such a note on your door, contact the carrier immediately. They hold packages only for a short time and once they are being returned they can not be routed back to you. If this happens, you will be responsible for either a 20% restocking fee of twice the listed S&H charge as is explained below.


IF we make an error in entering the address you provided, this is our responsibility and we will reship or refund the purchase.

Whether we can accept a return and whether we can issue a full refund depends upon what was ordered and how it was shipped.


For reasons of quality control, we cannot (ever) take a return on any consumable product. The reason should be obvious and you shouldn't consider buying from any company that does otherwise. We would have no way of knowing if the product was altered, replaced or opened and contaminated. We don't know if it was put in a trunk reaching 150 degrees or allowed to freeze. There is no way to know if the pills were handled, some removed or any contaminants got it Imagine ordering from a company and opening the bottle to at some point find dirt and hair in it with pills missing.


Non-consumable items may be returned if unused and not damaged for a refund LESS a 20% restocking fee if shipping was free. If there was an S&H charge we will deduct twice the S&H charge as we are required to pay for shipping both ways. Generally our S&H charges are significantly less than our actual shipping costs.

We do not send products out free for your inspection.  Shipping costs are very high. If a shipment is refused, we have to pay shipping TWICE plus a return fee. If you refuse a package it is returned to us, if you provided a bad address or have it shipped to an insecure address and it is returned we will charge a 20% stocking fee if the item(s) was free shipping or twice the amount of shipping if there was an S&H charge. If it is a consumable product AND you opened the box, we will not issue a refund as we will dispose of the product when it returns, plus we lost the shipping costs.

So before ordering any consumable product, make certain you want it. If you need permission of others, check first.

For non-consumable products we can accept returns. Again, before ordering make certain that you want the product.

REROUTING: We can NEVER reroute a HAZMAT shipment. It is not allowed. So PLEASE make certain you gave us the right address.


If you receive damaged product, do NOT automatically return it to us. There are many shipping restrictions for certain chemicals. Contact us by email before any return to

TRUE food grade hydrogen peroxide does not have stabilizers. During shipping it WILL swell the bottle. To reduce this, we ship all hydrogen peroxide with the bottles compressed (removing the small amount of air at the top) and it begins refrigerated too. You order literally is not sealed until just before being shipped to you. This is a FRESH as is possible. We know of no other company that does so.

Because of the high quality (lack of stabilizers), the swelling WILL occur, particularly in warm weather. If a bottle is swollen or still compressed this is normal.

This does NOT damage the hydrogen peroxide. For safety reasons, we DOUBLE or TRIPLE bag all bottles of hydrogen peroxide separately.

In general, damaged shipments are rare but can happen. If so, email us at

DO NOT SHIP hydrogen peroxide back to us. There are many legal shipping regulations regarding shipping hydrogen peroxide. Email us first!

Never, under any circumstance, take hydrogen peroxide on aircraft or on foreign travel by vehicle. Taking hydrogen peroxide on commercial aircraft is a VERY serious federal offense. Federal law also prohibits shipping concentrated hydrogen peroxide by any method that may involve aircraft transportation, which means any rush shipping method by any company.
